We have developed proprietary large capacity of AAV with hybrid ITRs and method for generating AAVs of different serotypes.
For product purification, we developed buffer systems (patent pending) for lysis, affinity, elution and ion exchange to achieve optimal separation and collection of full particles without using enzymes.
